2D Drawings

Includes:
- Image of plan or elevation
- Option of standard or stylized floor plan
- Option to include dimensions
- Option to include furniture plan
Pricing:
-$65/hour with a standard floor plan with dimensions starting at 2 hours
-A deposit is required to begin work.
- Final payment is due upon receipt of final renderings.
- Invoices may be paid via credit card, Venmo, check, Paypal or Zelle
Process:
- Project overview call or email. Gather information for project concept, vision, level of customization, and timeframe.
-Send quote for approval and deposit.
- Collect dimensions, photos, specifications, mood boards and plans via email, Google folder or secret pinterest board.
- Complete plans or elevations based on direction from the designer. Depending on the project size drawings are typically completed within one week.
- Once approved drawing will begin. I account for one round of revisions with my initial project quote. Revisions will be returned to designer within 48 hours.

*All renderings and drawings are conceptual in nature and created based on information provided by the designer, contractor and/or client. Dimensions, color, placement, finish sampling, and any other specified details are created as accurately as possible and are always recommended to be confirmed onsite by designer, contractor, or other specialized professional. Approval of this quote, accepts these renderings as conceptual and to be used for presentation purposes only.
